Stripe Partnership Agreement
 

1. USA Representative will handle payment processing on behalf of the business.
    

2. We act as the Account Manager, managing communication and revenue flow between both parties.
    

3. The Business Owner runs the store; revenue goes through the USA Representative.
    

4. The USA Rep keeps 3–10% of the revenue. We manage the exact profit split.
    

5. If either party refuses to cooperate, the agreement ends. Since large amounts are held by the USA Rep, we reserve the right to reverse or recall any unpaid balances owed to the Business Owner.
    

6. This is a long-term, win-win partnership. Treat it with honesty and respect.
